Each knife is dressed with the finest grade crushed tungsten carbide available. The Casing Cutter is designed for cutting steel pipe below ground for the AW, BW, NW, HW.

Once the unit is lowered to the desired depth water pressure is applied while the unit is rotating. The single, round cutting blade normally makes the cut before water pressure builds up to 150 - 200PSI. Each cutting blades are dressed with the finest grade crushed tungsten carbide available. To make these cutters more useful and practical, we designed our casing cutters with fully interchangeable internal components. In fact, the single difference between the three sizes is the heavy duty cutter body. This means there are fewer repair and replacement parts to buy and stock in order to run and maintain multiple cutter sizes.
